IndiVisible: African– Native American Lives in the Americas Panel Discussion |

Montgomery, Ala. - On Wednesday July 27 Troy University Rosa Parks Museum will present the final program for the Smithsonian exhibition IndiVisible:African-Native American Lives in the Americas. The Rosa Parks Museum will host a panel discussion where panelists will address issues that were presented in the exhibit and how they are applicable to our own community.
The panelists represent area universities and include Dr. Derryn Moten from Alabama State University, Dr. Mujah Shakir from Tuskegee University, and Dr. Gwen Patton from Trenholm State Technical College. The panelists will discuss a range of topics related to the exhibition including the idea of survival, identity, immigration, spirituality, and misogyny.
